Since 1862, six generations of the Hinchliffe family have cropped and run livestock at Glenlee Farm.
Through wisdom gained across generations of observing livestock behaviour in this magnificent Grampians landscape, our family have crafted an environment and philosophy that produces exceptional tasting and highly nutritious lamb.
Wild Lamb is raised upon the rich volcanic soils of Glenlee Farm.
Here the climate and hilly landscape to the east of the world renowned Grampians mountain ranges are naturally suited to low density grazing by light ruminant animals.
Our lambs are able to roam and graze on nutritious mixed grass and forage pastures at low stocking rates.
The low stress, free range, management philosophy in combination with excellent genetic selection produces outstanding nutrition density, flavour and tenderness.
